We're on the lookout for an ambitious and hands on Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at one of London's most exciting restaurants. As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to lead the front of house team, keep service running seamlessly, and bring energy and precision to every shift. You'll be the kind of leader who sets the tone on the floor - calm under pressure, passionate about people, and obsessed with the details that make great restaurants tick.

What you'll do:

• Lead the front of house team and champion great service.
• Support the GM in all aspects of daily operations.
• Keep things running smoothly across service, staffing, and guest experience.
• Be hands on with training, coaching, and building a strong team culture.
• Help manage budgets, stock, and overall business performance.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver consistency and quality every day.
