Salary: £33,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Early shifts on Monday and Friday. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 to 19:45.

A free issue site serving around 300 clients daily across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

4 Micro Kitchens and 8 tea points. 1 Barista Bar.

• Run and support daily operations across Café service, Barista Bar and Micro Kitchens.
• Support the Hospitality department when required.
• Lead the team on shift, delegating tasks effectively.
• Place orders via Foodbuy for FOH Café and Micro Kitchens.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and accurate allergen display.
• Support menu design and publishing.
• Deliver training and ongoing team development.
• Lead daily pre service briefings.

• Supervisory experience in a similar food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A hands on, can do attitude.
