We have a vacancy for a motivated forward-thinking individual with experience in re-gen arable farming. We are a 600 acre family farm in Staffordshire and passionate about farming with nature.

The successful candidate will be skilled in:

• Arable operations e.g. drilling, spraying, baling, combining, grain drying & storage, telehandler operation
• Sustainable farming practices working within mid-tier and SFI
• Compliance: NSF, Health & Safety etc
• General & machinery maintenance
• IT systems and maintaining farm records
