We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Assistant Dairy Farm Manager to join our progressive farming operation in Hinds, Mid Canterbury. As part of a dedicated team of 3 and the wider Rylib Group, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management and success of our dairy farm.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting in the management of daily farm operations
• Working alongside the team to achieve production and animal welfare targets
• Supporting staff supervision
• Monitoring pasture and feed management
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety and farm compliance

Key Attributes We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in dairy farming
• A genuine passion for farming and animal welfare
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• High levels of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment
• Current references essential
• Must have NZ work rights
