The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support the strategic initiatives of the Food & Beverage department, overseeing daily operations and motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and let your personality shine through
• Be creative and bring ideas to the table
• Organise and support during events to help create memorable moments
• Keep team morale high, especially during busy periods
• Be visible on the floor so the team knows you've got their backs
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in managing the broader team, including reviews and informal check ins
