Assistant F&B Manager

Location: Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. The property combines a quintessentially country English inn with a modern riverside hotel. We provide a free parking space, discounted staff taxis for those who do not drive and a monthly service charge that is fully shared with the team. The service charge is typically around £150 per month (approx. £2,000 per year) and is paid in addition to base pay for full time employees.

We look for team players who can bring their passion and personality to the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in leading the restaurant team and ensuring exceptional service to guests.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the menu to able to advise guests on dishes.
• Train new staff and support current staff to maintain high standards.
• Foster close relationships across all teams and occasionally support other departments.
• Help create memorable experiences for all guests.
