What We're Looking For:

• A current NMBI registration
• Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
• A warm, person centred approach to both residents and staff
• Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
• A calm, supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a positive environment

Location: Limerick
