Large privately owned Developer urgently seek an Assistant Development Manager to join their busy team.

The company concerned are involved with large urban regeneration type schemes and their name has become a leader in this area and in acquiring large complex type sites in London and surrounding areas. They are in urgent need of an Assistant Development Manager who can assist the Development Managers and Development Director in managing various large complex sites following the acquisition or partnership regen agreement on the sites. The ideal candidate will have already been on a Graduate programme as a Graduate Development Manager or Graduate Land Manager and have either completed a relevant degree in Real Estate or similar or have converted by doing a relevant masters.
