• You have 1 year of deli or grocery store leadership experience
• You can work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

About the job:

• Alongside our Deli Manager, you'll be responsible for sales, profits and budgets of the department
• You'll supervise team members and create a positive work environment
• Maintain general cleanliness in the department and store
• Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions and making recommendations
• Perform other duties as required

Pay for this job:

Pay:CA$23.00-CA$29.50 per hour

Starting Range:$23.00-$24.75
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range:Up to $29.50
There's room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.

Schedule Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for 40 hours/week
