Assistant Coach

Are you passionate about swimming and ready to bring your own creative coaching style to the pool? Romsey and Totton Swimming Club based in Hampshire is looking for a part-time Assistant Coach to join our small but mighty team.

About the Club

Romsey and Totton Swimming Club is a friendly club that has achieved some fantastic results. We have a thriving lesson programme, and an ambitious club community. Our swimmers have achieved great things, from Counties, Regionals and National level competition. We pride ourselves on supporting every member to achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

About the Role

We're not just looking for someone to assist, we want a coach with fresh ideas who can lead their own sessions. You'll have the freedom to use your own drills and coaching style to create sessions that swimmers love and that help them improve.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified to Level 2 Award or Swimming Coach Certificate.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and committed to swimmer development.
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with athletes of all ages.
