We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Ferndown. We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well-renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

The Role

Day to day running of the club facilities, inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, providing excellent customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver.

Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance. The role has a strong focus on standards and levels of service, requiring a commitment to deliver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the club.
• Lead and motivate the staff team.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and engagement.
• Manage budgets, forecast and maintain P&L responsibility.
• Set and monitor KPIs to drive club performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of service and club presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in club management, with a track record of running a department or entire club.
• Experience in high end club management and a real passion for the fitness sector.
• Strong leadership and people motivating skills.
• Sales experience is ideal; experience in fitness or operations management within high end facilities is preferred.
• Ability to roll up sleeves when needed and deliver results.
