Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Client Services Manager to join one of our industry teams and manage a key client while line managing a small team.

The role involves:

  • Managing a small team to successfully carry out the mystery shopping programmes.
  • Liaising with the clients on the progress of their programmes.
  • Day to day management of programme delivery.
  • Assisting with the design of the mystery shopping programmes to ensure a successful programme.
  • Coaching the team to help them with their own work/personal progression.
  • Overseeing the operations of a team of Mystery Shoppers across the UK to fulfil project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong project management skills with a background in managing people.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage your own workload within set time frames.
  • Good attention to detail and be able to demonstrate good levels of spelling and grammar.
  • Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.

Key Considerations:
  • Office hours are 9 5 Monday to Friday (later/earlier starts/finishes are always considered).
  • Salary £26,734.50 pa.
  • 28 days' holiday including 8 bank holidays plus 5 days extra paid leave (pro rata for part time staff).
  • Contractual sick pay included.
  • 6 month probationary period.
  • Subject to satisfactory DBS and ID/credit check.
