Assistant Chef for Sports Centre Events

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a motivated kitchen operative to support the Sports Centre catering service. The role involves planning menus for Saturday events, ordering supplies, preparing meals to the menu, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring dietary needs are catered for.

You will oversee Catering Assistants during service, display food attractively, and ensure the kitchen is cleaned after each session, reporting issues weekly to the Catering Management Team.
