We are currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a nationally recognised, multi-award-winning consultancy in their Manchester office. Assistant Building Surveyor Job Overview

• Assist in the delivery of both professional and project-led building surveying services
• Support with condition surveys, schedules of work, and technical reports
• Assist with contract administration, including inspections and progress reports
• Attend client and contractor meetings, site visits, and stakeholder reviews
• Work across a variety of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, leisure and commercial
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across national projects

Assistant Building Surveyor Job Requirements

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
• 6 months to 3+ years' relevant post-graduate experience
• Clear interest in gaining MRICS accreditation (full APC support provided)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
