Job Description
LBS Builders Merchants Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, sales, service and compliance. This hands-on role offers scope to lead a team, drive profitability and build strong customer relationships.
You will monitor performance, identify improvements, and ensure high standards of health & safety while delivering excellent service and helping achieve branch targets. 40.75 hours weekly.
