Assistant Bar Manager - Los Mochis City

Los Mochis City is seeking an exceptional Assistant Bar Manager to join our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street.

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager in leading a high performing bar team within one of London's most exciting restaurant destinations. You will play a key role in the day to day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards, team development, and memorable guest experiences throughout service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Bar Manager looking to grow within a fast paced, premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day to day running of the bar operation
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team
  • Maintain exceptional service and presentation standards
  • Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Assist with cocktail development and beverage training
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or senior bar leader within a premium, high volume venue
  • Strong cocktail, spirits, and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late night shifts
