About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Bar Manager to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our front of house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Our Assistant Bar Managers are dedicated, hands on, and thrive in a fast paced environment, while upholding Oblix's renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you'll inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager in a high end, fast paced restaurant
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
• Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
