Assistant Banqueting Manager - Flexible Hours & Growth

The Scotsman Group in Scotland is seeking an Assistant Banqueting Manager to support the daily operations of the Conference and Banqueting areas and to ensure seamless communication between the operations and sales teams.

You will lead front-of-house service, oversee stock and rotas, and drive cost controls while fostering a collaborative, guest focused environment. The ideal candidate holds a valid food safety certificate and a Personal Licence, with experience in events.
