RoleWe are currently looking for an Assistant Back of House Manager to join our Back of House team at Rosewood London. The Assistant Back of House Manager is entrusted with leading a team to ensure the heart of area tidy and free of hazards while maintaining sufficient supply of stewarding stock items to run all Food & Beverage outlets efficiently.Key expectations of this role areOverseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all heart of house areas.Effectively leading the team of Back of House Supervisors and Stewards to assist the company in nurturing its talent across the hotel.Ensure all areas of the back of house are free of hazards in line with the company's health and safety guidelineManaging the entire stock of crockery, pots and other utensils required to run the culinary operation in line with budgets and operational requirementsProfilePaying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.Having a passion for heart of house and taking ownership of the associate experience.Possessing a good understanding of how to teams effectively.Being organised and proactive in managing and completing tasks.All our associates have the opportunity to live by our guiding philosophy which captures the essence of our culture RELATIONSHIP HOSPITALITY.
