Job Description
Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is one of Europe's leading business schools, accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. We are inviting applications for a faculty position as: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Organizational Behavior (m/f/d) We are looking for colleagues to further strengthen Frankfurt School research on organizational behavior. The ideal candidate advances scientific insight into any area of Organizational Behavior, broadly defined (including but not restricted to micro- and meso-level OB, Leadership, HR, and People Management). In terms of teaching, the ideal candidate would be able to use a strong research basis in OB to derive implications/messages for leadership.
