This is a temporary role and the rate is £18.85ph PAYE

The successful candidate will contribute to the management of commercial property portfolio, including supporting the negotiation and agreement of rent reviews, property sales, leases, licences, and other contractual arrangements.

They will cover landlord and tenant enquiries, administration of the estate, using the finance system, dealing with external consultants, and service charges.
