Assets Officer - Autonomous Asset Management & Safety

A leading asset management organization in Edinburgh is seeking an Assets Officer responsible for maintaining properties to agreed standards, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and delivering value for customers. The role involves collaboration within a team and requires a focus on effective budget and contract management. Working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays.
