What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Asset Transfers, Custody, Settlements, or Investment Operations is highly desirable.
  • Broader Financial Services Operations experience with strong transferable skills.

The Role:

As an Asset Transfers Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the transfer and settlement of client investment portfolios. In a highly regulated environment, your accuracy and efficiency will directly contribute to our exceptional client service. Get ready to engage with a variety of asset types and connect with internal stakeholders and counterparties!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process asset transfers (both in and out) across a diverse range of asset types, including UK equities, overseas equities, and unit trusts.
  • utilise industry platforms such as Crest, DTC, Calastone, or Origo to facilitate transactions.
  • Monitor outstanding transfers and proactively follow up with counterparties to ensure timely completion.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, ensuring accuracy in client accounts and records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and relationship managers to provide updates and support client outcomes.
  • Maintain high levels of risk awareness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
