Company Introduction:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Transfer Processor to support a large-scale Asset Migration project, primarily focused on the client-side handling of transfer instructions. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of data and client instructions during the designated migration window.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Acknowledge receipt of client transfer instructions.
• Accurately input portfolio holdings, including:
• Book costs
• ISA subscriptions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Ensure data is processed and maintained in line with regulatory and internal standards.
• Upload and transfer data from CSV files to the Altus system.

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Prior experience in asset transfer or investment operations.
• Strong understanding of the Altus transfer system - especially:
• CSV file handling
• Bulk data uploads
• High level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within tight timelines.
• Competent with Microsoft Excel (CSV formatting, validation).

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Familiarity with ISA regulations and portfolio structuring.
• Experience with large-scale client data migrations.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
