Asset Systems And Data Manager REF

Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, integrity, and security of the systems and data related to the Social Investment and Property's strategic asset management activities for the Client's Property Portfolio, ensuring good practice and robustness in data management practices and systems.

Responsible for the collection of all relevant data, working with other service areas, and acting as a point of contact for asset system users across all service areas. Develop and provide training solutions and query resolution as required.

Provide analytical outputs, support, and guidance across the service to facilitate data-driven decision-making for investment decisions and project management. Ensure transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making across all asset management activities, fostering a culture of compliance and best practice.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
