Asset Manager: Lettings Portfolio Lead

loc8me is recruiting an Asset Manager in Manchester to lead the management of a property portfolio with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will nurture relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and support the accounts team with ledgers.

You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-growing lettings business.
