Job Title: Asset Integrity Project Manager
Location: Bristol or Remote
Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

The Asset Integrity Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering projects across the asset base (including vessels, drilling rigs, and critical infrastructure). These projects include maintenance, upgrades, modifications, and new asset developments. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining full ownership of project scope, schedule, financial control, and resource management.
You will also promote a culture of lessons learned and continual improvement to strengthen the company's asset integrity capability over time.
What you'll do:
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Engagement from project initiation to develop budgets and schedules with the key stakeholders. Continue to manage detailed project plans, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Budget & Cost Control: Take full ownership of project financials, approve milestone payments, track expenses, and prevent scope creep.
- Resource Management: Allocate and optimize project resources (people, equipment, contractors) to meet project objectives. Create org charts with clear reporting and communication lines.
- Team Leadership: Build, guide, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Risk Management: Maintain a risk register, identify and mitigate risks, and prepare contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers, and authorities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with technical standards, documentation, and certification requirements.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and take corrective actions as needed. Provide detailed end of project reporting to cover budget and schedule. Utilise information for lesson learned discussions.
- Change Management: Control changes to scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Compliance & QHSE: Promote adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Develop project-specific QHSE plans.
- Lessons Learned & Continual Improvement: Capture and share project learnings, implement corrective actions, and contribute to process improvements across the Asset Integrity function.

Who We're Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in a marine, offshore, or geotechnical drilling environment.
- Proven project management experience with leadership in engineering or asset-focused projects.
- University degree in Engineering or related discipline; ILM Level 3/4 desirable (or working towards).
- Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ/PPQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Strong background in asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and modifications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and project delivery in a complex technical environment.
