Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8am-4:30pm Fri: 8am-1pm

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented technician with a background in manual assembly and soldering? We're seeking a proactive Assembly Technician to join a well-established electronics manufacturing team near Dinton. This role offers the opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performing production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical kits using hand tools and small robotic equipment.
  • Package and dispatch finished products efficiently.
  • Apply adhesives and assemble components with accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold high quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and informal supervision to junior technicians.
  • Assist in coordinating workflow and ensuring production targets are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in manual assembly, including handling PCBs and using hand tools.
  • Ability to interpret detailed instructions and technical diagrams.
  • Comfortable working on your feet and handling heavier components.
  • Soldering experience preferred (training available).
  • Safety boots required.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to take initiative and support team development.
