Assembly Team Lead: Fast-Paced Factory & 4-on-4 Off

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Assembly Operative to join the General Assembly team in the LE3 area. The role offers training with potential progression to a Team Leader position, and a 4 on 4 off schedule with 06:00-18:00 shifts.

You will learn a wide range of products, work at pace, and contribute to timely order completion. A TL allowance (£1/hr) applies when acting as Team Leader.
