Assembles finished goods to Customer orders, keeping to required quality and productivity targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer obsessed - Production of finished goods to required targets - OTD / EPPM


• Build extraordinary teams - Is an active and engaged member of the team, communicates well and provides improvement ideas. Is an example to others. - Engagement survey


• Skills awards - Deliver results - Keep production below the defined acceptable level of internal and external quality issues. - IPPM (internal parts per million)


• Lead with RBS - Follows Standard Work & 5S Housekeeping and provides feedback for process improvement opportunities. - Productivity
