Assembly Fitter

Assembly Fitter, Salary: £13-15 (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week , overtime available, based in Derby, Holidays: 28 days (including bank holidays)

We are seeking an Assembler Fitter to join a friendly and supportive team in a modern, clean facility based in Derby. You'll be working on brand-new vehicle conversions in a well-equipped and professional workshop, with full training and tools provided by the company.

Duties of the Assembly Fitter position

Fit and install racking, shelving, flooring, and other specialist equipment into new vehicles

Safely manoeuvre vehicles within the workshop

Interpret and work from instructions

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Using hand and power tools

We welcome applicants from various hands-on or trade backgrounds, including: Coachbuilding, Kitchen/window Fitting, Welding/fabrication, Cabinet Making, Assembly Fitter semi-skilled or skilled vehicle mechanic, electrical work, and General hands-on background.
