Assembly Operative

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative / Assembler to join a busy and growing team in Sheerness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Hours: 07:00 - 17:00

Pay: £12.71phr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling components and products to a high standard
• Using "hand tools" for various assembly tasks
• Carrying out drilling and screwing as part of the build process
• Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in an assembler or assembly operative role is beneficial
• Comfortable using hand tools and working in a practical environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and read drawings confidently
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
