Assembler & Production Operator - Fast-Paced Manufacturing

A well established client in Rishton is offering an exciting opportunity for an Assembly / Production operative. The role involves assembling products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, visual quality checks, and operating various machines. Candidates should have attention to detail, physical fitness for heavy lifting, and ideally some previous experience in a manufacturing setting. This position is temporary to permanent with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus shift allowance, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2:15PM. After 12 weeks, benefits include a £100 birthday voucher, attendance bonus, and quality bonus.
