The CMS X Est VaudAssc - ASSISTANT in care and community health between 60% and 80% in permanent contract The CMS X Est Vaudois are a key player at the heart of the health network in East Vaud. You will participate in the evolution of the home care and community health sector by responding with us to the needs of values: TRANSPARENCY - EQUITY - RESPECT - TRUST ASSC - ASSISTANT in CARE and COMMUNITY HEALTH BETWEEN 60% AND 80% IN PERMANENT CONTRACT Mission:After a period of training specific to the diversity of the people supported by our CMS, you will intervene autonomously with beneficiaries closely in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and the referents.
