Location: Thrapston (Alternative Provision Setting)
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Aspiring Youth Offending Officer to join our team within a specialist alternative provision in Thrapston. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary between £22,000 and £24,000, depending on experience.

As an Aspiring Youth Offending Officer, you will support young people who may be at risk of offending or disengaging from education. You'll work as part of a small, passionate team, delivering targeted interventions and fostering positive relationships that encourage behavioural change, personal development, and educational re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience & Requirements:
