Job Description

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our local pub team in Wakefield. You'll support the General Manager, lead from the front on shifts, and help drive memorable guest experiences that keep customers returning.

We value leadership and a passion for motivating others, plus a track record in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role within a branded environment. There are plenty of development opportunities through our Aspire programme.
