Chilled Pubs is seeking future leaders to join our seven food-led pubs across the Midlands. We're looking for people who want more than simply running a shift-they want to learn how to lead, coach others, and grow into bigger roles in the future.

You'll lead shifts, conduct one-to-ones, set high standards, and coach the team. We'll provide real responsibility, regular feedback, and strong support to help you grow into the leader you want to become.
