Aspiring Junior Sous Chef - Premium Heathrow Kitchen

Fortnum & Mason's Fortnum's Bar at Heathrow is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join the busy Heathrow kitchen team. You'll support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, developing junior staff and upholding Fortnum & Mason's high standards in a premium, fast-paced environment.

You will lead and train Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, ensure food safety and quality, and work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience at the airport.
