Asphalt Plant Operator: Drive Safe, Efficient Production

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team. This hands-on role covers plant operations, weighbridge duties, loading shovel tasks, maintenance, quality control, and stock management to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with production, technical, transport and sales teams to deliver high-quality asphalt on time while maintaining SHE standards and site permits. A proactive, mechanically minded mindset is essential.
