Asphalt Plant Operator - Safe, Hands-On Role with Growth

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a hands-on Plant Operative to join our Asphalt team in Groby. This role safely operates static and mobile plant, follows start-up/shutdown procedures, and helps maintain quality while meeting production targets.

You will support maintenance, refuelling, inspections and daily production planning, work with a safety-focused team, and contribute to efficient operations that help build UK roads and infrastructure.
