ASIC Memory Subsystem Modelling Engineer

Qualcomm Ireland is seeking ASIC engineers to develop memory subsystem IP for next generation SoCs. You will model, design and verify memory controllers, coherency protocols, and related components while collaborating across engineering groups to drive performance and power efficiency.

You will contribute to client IP modelling (modem, CPU, ML, graphics) and explore opportunities to improve system cost and efficiency in Cork. A strong background in C++/SystemC and RTL awareness is expected.
