ASDAN Teacher - Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities
Location: Ashford (working across both sites)
Hours: 9:15am - 4:45pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.50 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated ASDAN Teacher to join our friendly team in Ashford. This role involves planning and delivering engaging ASDAN-accredited lessons and activities that support learners' personal development, confidence, and employability. You'll be working across both of our Ashford sites as part of a supportive and dynamic staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess ASDAN-accredited sessions.
Support adults with learning disabilities to achieve their individual goals.
Maintain accurate learner records and portfolios in line with ASDAN requirements.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
Contribute to learner reviews and progress reports.
Requirements:
A recognised qualification or experience in teaching ASDAN programmes (essential).
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or additional needs.
A patient, creative, and adaptable approach.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
