A welcoming and specialist SEN school in Caversham is seeking a dedicated ASD Support Worker to join their experienced team. You will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated learning or communication needs.

This ASD Support Worker role is ideal for individuals interested in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Educational Psychology, or SEN Teaching.

• Role: ASD Support Worker
• Location: Caversham
• Salary: £89-£100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Start Date: ASAP

As an ASD Support Worker, you will:

• Provide structured 1:1 and small group support
• Use visual aids, communication tools, and sensory strategies
• Support emotional regulation and positive social interactions
• Help students access personalised learning plans
• Work alongside SEN staff and external professionals
