Asbestos Surveyor

Overview

Asbestos Surveyor - Based in Bath (nationwide travel). Up to £35,000 with a full benefits package. This role covers commercial sites only; there is no housing/domestic work. The employer operates nationwide and surveyors can work remotely, with occasional office visits. Quality is a priority and overtime is regularly offered.

Key Duties

• Able to identify asbestos containing materials
• Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos
• Possess high-quality verbal and written communication skills
• Confidently produce concise and accurate reports after surveying
• Work in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines

Qualifications

• BHOS P402 qualified (additional qualifications welcome; senior roles are being hired)
• Between 1 and 4 years of experience, which may influence salary range
• Full UK driving license
• Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Teams
