Asbestos Lab Analyst - Leicester

Job Summary

Our client is offering a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Asbestos Lab Analyst to join their fast growing asbestos consultancy in the Midlands. Applications from Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire and surrounding areas are welcome.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed the P401 qualification.
• Previous experience working in a laboratory/office environment within the asbestos sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• We are also interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log samples entering the laboratory.
• Prepare samples and conduct fibre content analysis.
• Report analytical findings.
• Complete analysis test sheets.
• Carry out any additional laboratory duties as required.
