Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Contracts Manager through to Lead Asbestos Contracts Manager

Profile

Our client is a reputable asbestos company with a national presence working on a mixed range of sites. They are now looking to take on a competent and hard working Asbestos Contracts Manager based in and around the Bromley area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry, ideally in asbestos removals, assessing and estimating potential contracts, producing reports, and managing new and existing accounts.

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong technical, management and removals background.
• Extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

We are also interested in anyone with p401, p402, p403, p404, p404 or s301 CCP.

The Role

• Carry out management duties on a variety of contracts.
• Organise staff to complete contracts in a professional manner.
• Complete risk assessments and method statements, write tenders, specifications, appraisals and ASB5 notifications.
• Assess and estimate potential contracts.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant Health & Safety procedures.
• Produce monthly management reports following company procedures.
• Manage new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
