Asbestos Bid Manager - Hemel Hempstead

About the Role

Our client is an established and fast growing asbestos and environmental company with a large presence in the UK. They are looking for an astute and self driven Asbestos Bid/Proposal Manager to work in the South Central area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of all bids, tenders, PQQs and other corporate documents on time and to a high standard.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all information is consistent and up to date.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team, the Group Marketing Manager and the company's prestigious clients.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with stakeholders within the group and externally.
• Apply strong business acumen, communication, organisational, people management and IT skills while working under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong technical, professional or management background within the asbestos and environmental market.
• Experience in bid and proposal management or a related role.
• Relevant asbestos qualifications such as P401, P402, P403, P404, P405 or the S301/CCP.
• High communication and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
