ARP Teacher - Bexley - April or September 2026

Are you an experienced ARP Teacher or a skilled Primary Teacher keen to transition into SEN, looking to play a key role in a newly developed specialist provision within a mainstream school?

A progressive school in Bexley is seeking an ARP Teacher to take a leading role in a developing Additionally Resourced Provision, supporting pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs within a structured, well supported environment.

This ARP sits within an Outstanding two school trust and is expanding quickly, with the borough's first SEMH Primary Provision set to double in capacity by the next academic year.

ARP Teacher What's on Offer:

ARP Teacher The Role:
  • Plan and deliver tailored, high quality lessons for pupils within the ARP
  • Support pupils' regulation, behaviour for learning and academic attainment
  • Work in partnership with SENCO, pastoral teams and senior leaders to ensure targeted interventions
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of the ARP, including curriculum adaptation and provision mapping
  • Champion effective inclusive practice across the wider school community
ARP Teacher Who We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher with UK QTS
  • Proven experience working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs
  • A practitioner with high expectations and a clear commitment to measurable impact
  • A confident team player able to guide colleagues in best practice within specialist provision
