Area Support Officer

About the role Title - Area support officer Pay Rate - £12.71 Location - Inverness Shift Timings - Must be available to workboth day and night shifts, including weekends, and be willing to travel reasonable distances as required.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Provide security support across various client premises and retail sites.
• Carry out regular patrols and maintain a strong security presence.
• Provide cover at different sites as required by the business.
• Monitor access and egress and respond to incidents appropriately.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors and clients.
• Complete accurate incident reports and follow ASCONE/SAFER procedures.
• Respond confidently to emergencies and escalat issues when required.
• Travel between sites and support other duties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.
• Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle.
• Must be willing to travel reasonable distances as required by the business.
• Must be willing to work within retail environments.
• Must be flexible and understand that they may also be assigned to other duties and contracts where required.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
