Area support officer

About the role: Title - Area support officer. Pay Rate - £12.71. Location - Nottingham/Leicester. Shift Timings - Must be available for day and night shifts, must be able to commit to working weekends. Must have a driver's license and vehicle, and able to drive up to a 20 mile radius.

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities

• Patrolling the Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the site
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and completing incident reports
• Communicating with visitors and staff
• Follow ASCONE and SAFER approach if necessary

To succeed in this role

• SIA License.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
• Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
